Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Ordering online ensures more accurate processing of your order. Orders are forwarded to the particular artist/band/ministry from whom you purchased the day they are received. Those orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days of their receipt of the email order. Orders are shipped based on the type of delivery option you selected when you completed your order transaction. We ship via USPS and UPS.

Q. Does Indie Merch Online ship overseas?

A. Yes! You can have your order shipped anywhere in the world. Rates are based on the ship-to location and are calculated when you complete your order transaction.

Q. Can I return my products if I am not satisfied?

A. Books may be returned if they are in the same condition as when you received them. CDs may only be returned if they are still in the factory-sealed shrink-wrap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. You order will contain full instructions on returning product.
